▪how to be happy▪

So I asked my 10 year old daughter for Instructions on 'How to be Happy'.

Pretty interesting to see a child's perspective.

She wrote it all down very quickly and was very sure of herself.

Isn't it funny how when we are young we feel like it's so simple and realistic?

In her opinion - the keys to happiness are the obvious + 'avoiding' the dentist and Maths. (Can't blame her, we are getting to the confusing stage of middle school maths 😆)

But looking at it - she very quickly pointed out how to be Happy and 'eliminated' the things that made her unhappy.

Something that we, as adults can struggle with.

We can be so unhappy but struggle with working out what we can do or increase (+eliminate) to make us happier.

Maybe sometimes we just need to think more like our younger selves ❤

And No, my child is not a psychopath 😂, just a sassy little human with a sarcastic sense of humour (oh and a few not so fun dental experiences! 🤣)
